By accessing or using the InCricket mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App provides cricket-related information including live scores, statistics, and news. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the App.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the App and material on the App. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. License to Use App

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the App for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms.

You must not:

  • Republish material from the App (including republication on another website)
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from the App
  • Show any material from the App in public without our consent
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our App for a commercial purpose
  • Edit or otherwise modify any material on the App

5. Limitations of Liability

We will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, the App:

  • To the extent that the App is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss
  • For any indirect, special or consequential loss
  • For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings
  • For loss of contracts or business relationships
  • For loss of reputation or goodwill
  • For any loss or corruption of information or data

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date cricket information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided through the App. Cricket statistics and scores are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time-to-time. Revised Terms will apply to the use of the App from the date of publication of the revised Terms on the App. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Coimbatore/India, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore/India.
